TravAlert™ is most commonly used for monitoring storage temperatures during transportation and provides highly accurate
data for use in the foodservice and industrial markets. It can also be used to monitor and record temperatures of stationary
refrigeration units or hot-holding cabinets. The self-powered Data Logger is a time and temperature, PC interfacing device that
can record up to 2,048 temperatures (in intervals from 1 minute to 4 hours) and is splash, dirt and impact resistant.
The operator initiates a session in the TravAlert software, then sets upper and lower temperature limits and frequency of the
readings. The Delay Start feature allows the user to program a job in their office and account for time it takes to get the data
logger in place. When the session is complete, the data logger is connected to a PC with the reader cable and a unique
session report is generated.
